Family First Home Care Of Arizona has a great opportunity for an energetic and driven candidate. We are recruiting for a Manager of Care Services for our business in Phoenix. The Manager of Care Services will be responsible for the over site and growth support of all field DCW 

(Direct Care Workers)Family First Home Care Of Arizona Home Care services all of phoenix and its surrounding cities. As the Manager of Care Services for Family First Home Care Of Arizona, the Manager will have several direct reports and will work with other support staff, client member families, state of Arizona agency associates. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Operations.


Essential Job Responsibilities:


      Dramatically increases Family First Home Care Of Arizona growth plans within DDD Services and private pay clients. Track and plan teams                      based on company growth plans. Support activities related to ways to gain client market share for private pay customers.

       Ultimately act as a lead for all Caregiver activities including, gathering more business with DDD client portal review and caregiver matching.

       Become a certified trainer.

       Align Caregivers staff and support staff for Caregiver placement and scheduling.

       Track and audit caregiver reporting and payroll compliance reports.

       Strategically plan territories for efficient Caregiver support and efficient scheduling.

       Be a subject matter expert in tracking and scheduling software (ClearCare) and ensure caregiver team complies with site notes, use of                            ClearCare for tracking hours, etc… and all other requirements for state or insurance contracted services.

       And all other duties as needed. 



QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Requirements:

High School Diploma required, Bi/Lingual strongly recommended with strong leadership skills and S/He an ability to multitask. Working close with others while displaying great customer services. Planning and scheduling with weekly reporting to senior team with experience with audit processes. Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience with a drive to grow as a key leader within the organization.
