Receptionist/Office Assistant (In Office)
Family First Homecare of Arizona is an Arizona based business that is transforming the In-Home Care and support service industry.
We enable our associates to take control of their career by working with an industry leading company while working with great families.
We currently are looking to add an energetic and outgoing person with a great attitude duties will include but not limited to:
- Office support for staff and members
- Filing, printing, coping, support with walk-in applications
- Scheduling support for Caregiver Staff -
Entering member information into Clearcare system.
- Making member packets
- Ordering office materials and market material
- Run phone systems
- Help with document integrity on SharePoint
• Ability to work in a growing environment. Ability to multi task.
• Working within Microsoft Office/Windows systems.

Work Days/Times: Full Time M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Salary Range: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
